ABBOTTABAD: 10Dec2016 - Wife of Abdul Rasheed of Village Bandi Mera admitted in Ayub Teaching Hospital with labor Pain. Dead baby was born after operation. Abdul Rasheed handed over body of newly born dead baby to his brother for funneral. Next day local people saw a dog was eating that baby. Then after exmining of CCTV footage brother of Abdul Rasheed was arrested.
